Inspired by traditional Japanese winter New Year celebrations, CIBI introduces Mochi Tsuki, a mochi-making experience to Melbourne. Picture a New Year in a winter celebration, the CIBI way!! Super fun for kids to grandparents, swing the kine into the usu and enjoy homemade mochi to eat or take home, delicious!!
Ticket includes:
- How to mochi-tsuki using 'kine' and 'usu'
- How to fold mochi
- Tasting mochi
The event will be held on Saturday, 26 July 2025, at CIBI (33-39 Keele St, Collingwood VIC)
