Harvested nori are cut, spread onto a mat to make a sheet and dried. It is toasted just before packaging to keep the finest flavour. Nori is mild enough to be eaten without cooking. A delicious ingredient for sushi, onigiri, soup or try your hand at onigirazu (sushi sandwich).
