At the heart of CIBI, we hold dear a handful of core beliefs that touch every step, from the selection of ingredients to the savouring of the last grain of rice on our plates. These include using fresh, seasonal ingredients and staying true to the taste of each ingredient. The drinks menu represents our friends, who are great producers, including wines from Mac Forbes and sake from Co-founder Meg’s hometown sake brewery, Shiragiku. Our coffee is roasted especially for us by Dukes Coffee Roasters in Richmond. Our range of green teas is sourced from the best organic farms in Japan, and we offer a range of seasonal house-made drinks.
Takeaway food and drink are available from CIBI Grocer & Coffee Bar, alongside sake, wine and beer. CIBI’s original sauces and dressings are available by the jar to enjoy anywhere in the world.
CIBI Grocer offers local produce and local artisanal products, plus a selection of curated pantry goods from Japan and worldwide. In the afternoon, the CIBI Grocer Coffee Bar offers a select drink and snack menu, making it the perfect place to stop after work or before dinner for a snack and a glass of wine!
