Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship anywhere in Australia. The shipping fee is based on weight and the intended destination and is calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once it has been received and your order dispatched, we cannot alter the address, and we may charge the standard applicable postage rate to resend. 

Free delivery over $500 Australia-wide for non-furniture items.

Whilst we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to two (2) business days for us to dispatch your order. Contact us at order@cibi.com.au if a specific delivery timeframe is important to you.

Orders can take 3-5 business days from the shipping date and depend on the delivery location. We ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If ordered before 8 am, we will ship the same day. A tracking number will be issued to the email address provided once the item has been shipped.

Please allow up to 5 working days before inquiring about your parcel.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada 
All services to Canada are temporarily suspended as of 29 September 2025 due to national union strike action. 

For orders outside Australia, please input your address in the checkout to calculate the estimated shipping cost. It is a fixed cost per shipping zone and will depend on the intended shipping destination.

International Taxes and Customs Charges
Depending on the destination country, additional taxes or import duties may apply to your order. CIBI does not charge taxes on orders shipped outside Australia and New Zealand (except for the U.S.A.) and is not liable for any additional taxes or duties incurred by the destination country. Please refer to your local customs agency for more information.

Parcel packaging 
Considering environmental sustainability, we will ship your order using recycled cardboard boxes whenever possible.

Damage or loss
CIBI is not responsible for loss, delay or damage by Australia Post, Sendle or other delivery couriers. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If an order arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or the courier. We will not offer refunds or replacements for missing products or items damaged in transit. However, we will provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim. Please advise us immediately of any damage in transit, together with photographic evidence of the whole package, including the shipping label, the packaging inside and the damage to the item.
