We’re looking for a Barista / All-rounder to join our passionate FOH team.

To be successful in this role, you don’t need to have all the skills already.
We are looking for someone with:

• Passionate about offering genuine hospitality
• Has 2+ years of experience providing table service in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Can make delicious coffee with care and attention
• Wants to develop their career and grow with an industry-leading company
• Have an interest in Japanese food and culture

This role is also well suited to someone who is interested in progressing their career at CIBI, with opportunities to grow into FOH Supervisor and FOH Manager positions over time.

 We welcome applications for casual, part-time, or full-time positions, depending on your experience and availability. This is a daytime-only role (weekend availability is essential) in a friendly and supportive working environment.
