Lead by Example for the FOH Team across CIBI Cafe Restaurant and Coffee Bar

We’re looking for a few Café Supervisors to join our FOH team and help lead daily service with care, warmth, and attention to detail. You don’t need to be perfect at everything from the start. We’re looking for people who are motivated, people-focused, and ready to grow into leadership roles.

About you:

• Passionate about offering genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Wants to develop their career and grow with an industry-leading company
• Has 1+ year experience in table service within a busy, fast-paced environment
• Has 1+ year experience supervising a team
• Has an interest in Japanese food and culture
• Enjoys supporting and guiding team members on the floor
• Likes to take initiative and embraces new challenges
• Is attentive and enjoys looking after people (a thoughtful, hands-on, and caring personality)
• Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organised, and beautiful

This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career. We warmly welcome candidates who are interested in growing further, with opportunities over time to progress into FOH Manager roles.

We offer part-time or full-time positions depending on experience and availability. This is a daytime-only role (weekend availability is essential) in a friendly and supportive working environment.

• Have an interest in Japanese food and culture

This role is also well suited to someone who is interested in progressing their career at CIBI, with opportunities to grow into FOH Supervisor and FOH Manager positions over time.
