Yawataya-Isogoro was established in 1736 in Nagano, near Zenko-ji temple.
They have kept traditional tastes and flavours for close to 300 years.
"Shichimi Togarashi" is a seasoning unique to Japan and has been loved by Japanese for many years. Just sprinkle on your favourite dish! On Noodles, Tempura, Meat, and even pizza.
