Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of submitting the order.
Availability
The order confirmation you receive at the end of a transaction serves as an indication that we have received your order. Although every effort is made to ensure the available quantities and products on the website are up to date, occasionally some items may not be available after an order has been placed for them. In this case, CIBI will notify you as soon as possible via email, and you can choose to either proceed with the remainder of your order or cancel the transaction.
Exchange and Refund
All purchases on cibi.com.au are final, so please choose carefully. Exchange or refunds are only eligible for defective or damaged items.
- EU Right of Withdrawal
This section applies to consumers located in the European Union only.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal function available on our website. We also kindly ask that you notify us by email at order@cibi.com.au before submitting your withdrawal request.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Upon withdrawal:
- You are responsible for returning the items within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request. Please notify us by email at order@cibi.com.au before sending your return.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please provide us with your tracking number once your return has been dispatched.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to confirm they meet the above conditions. We will notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Items that show signs of use, or are returned without original packaging, may be subject to a partial refund or may not be accepted.
Please note that certain items, including perishable goods, may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. For further information, please contact us at order@cibi.com.au
Damaged items
CIBI will replace any purchased items found to be damaged at the time of delivery. However, CIBI will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition.
At the time of delivery, if your order is in damaged condition, please contact us via email at info@cibi.com.au within 2 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item, contents inside the packaging and the packaging showing the shipping label. A replacement of the damaged item will be sent as soon as possible.
If items are returned to CIBI without any prior notice, replacement of damaged items will not be provided.
