White Oak Akashi Blended Japanese Whisky 500ml is a light, smooth expression from the Eigashima Distillery in Hyogo Prefecture. It features a 40% ABV and is crafted from 30% malt and 70% grain whisky, aged in a combination of shochu and bourbon casks.
Nose: Light, malty, and citrusy with hints of peach, vanilla, and oak.
Palate: Soft and creamy with vanilla, light wood spice, and subtle fruit notes.
Finish: Clean, gentle, and moderately long with a malty aftertaste.
