Expect sweet, chewy mochi grilled until lightly charred, finished with a drizzle of CIBI miso and enjoyed best alongside a warming cup of sake. Simple, seasonal and made for sharing, Mochi Sizzle is one of our favourite ways to gather through the cooler months. 

Inspired by Japanese winter traditions, New Year celebrations CIBI mochi sizzle brings people together around the warmth of the grill. Firing up the shichirin — a traditional Japanese charcoal barbecue that brings out rich, comforting flavours perfect for winter.
