Cabernet Franc is grown in the Macedon Ranges and made into this delicious "Experimental Batch" (EB) wine in the Yarra Valley.
Tasting notes: The nose is bright and aromatic. Blackberry, a little leafy with an edge of anise. The palate is pleasantly weighty with savoury, chalky tannins, and notes of blackberry compote, plum, pepper and bright fresh fennel frond. Lovely drinking at room temperature or with a light chill.
Aged for 7 months month in old oak.
