CIBI Original Amazu

Amazu means sweet vinegar. It is ideal for use as a pickling liquid, salad dressing or as sushi vinegar.

Add olive or sesame oil to this amazu (2:1 ratio oil to amazu), season with salt and pepper to taste to create a lovely light dressing.
