Osozai Book Launch — with Meg Tanaka

Join us at CIBI as we celebrate the launch of Osozai, our new cookbook celebrating everyday Japanese home cooking!

For this special evening, CIBI co-founder and Osozai author Meg Tanaka will introduce the book and share some of the stories behind it, followed by a tasting of dishes from the cookbook.

We'd love you to join us for an evening of good food, drink, and community as we celebrate the launch of Osozai.

About the Book
Osozai is a Japanese word for everyday home cooking — simple dishes made to be enjoyed together at the table.

At CIBI, food has always been about everyday life — cooking, gathering, and sharing a meal together. This book brings together the dishes we return to again and again, both from Meg’s childhood in Japan and from her kitchen today. From bright salads, quick pickles, simmered vegetables and satisfying mains, Osozai celabrates simple, home-style dishes designed to fit into daily life and be enjoyed together.
