Design Store Supervisor Candidate

The Opportunity
This role would suit someone who loves being on the shop floor, enjoys connecting with customers, and finds satisfaction in helping create a welcoming, organised and inspiring environment.
You may already have retail leadership experience, or you may simply be someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys working with others, and is ready to take the next step in your career.
Whether your experience comes from Australia, Japan, or elsewhere, we are looking for people who care deeply about customer experience, teamwork, and the craft of creating meaningful in-store experiences.
Previous supervisor experience is welcome but not essential.

Japanese language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
We also welcome applications from Japanese candidates who are continuing to develop their English communication skills. What matters most is your willingness to communicate, learn and contribute positively to the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently share product stories with customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock replenishment, organisation and inventory accuracy
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Design Store
• Create a welcoming, organised and inspiring environment for customers and team members
• Participate in seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, events and in-store activations
• Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to long-term community engagement
• Take ownership of maintaining standards, identifying opportunities and improving the customer experience
• Contribute to achieving team sales, customer experience and store performance goals
