Material: 100% organic cotton
Made in Japan
Organic recycled cotton is created by reusing fabric offcuts and “fallen cotton” — the short fibres that naturally occur during the spinning and sewing process.
Instead of being discarded, these fibres are broken down and spun again into new yarn.
By reducing the need for newly grown cotton, this process offers a more environmentally conscious cotton option.
About the Fabric
This T-shirt is made from organic recycled cotton — using leftover fibres from organic cotton production.
We spin these fibres into a 100% organic cotton yarn, using an 18/1 thread.
The fabric is then knitted in Kansai on a 20-gauge machine.
The result is a natural, slightly textured surface with the soft, airy feel that comes from air-spun cotton.
It has that gentle, relaxed character you can really feel when you wear it.
About the Sewing Factory
Each T-shirt is sewn in Fukushima by a small workshop run by an elderly husband-and-wife team.
They’ve been specialising in T-shirts for many years, and their craftsmanship is incredibly precise and consistent.
Their care and experience really show in the clean finish and the comfort of the final product.
