A kamagata knife is a "Western-style" knife with a flat blade like a Nakiri but with a pointed tip making it perfect for chopping herbs or slicing small vegetables like shallots or garlic. it is a medium to short blade that allows for easy handling. It is a great all-rounder knife for any kitchen.
The base iron is made of 16 layers of two types of hard and soft stainless steel, and a total of 33 layers of VG10 stainless steel cutlery sandwiched from both sides are forged to create a beautiful wave pattern.
