Brewed by our 'Local' Shiragiku Sake Brewery in Okayama, Japan, home to CIBI's co-founder Meg.

This plum wine is brewed with Japanese sake, Daiten Shiragiku. Fragrant and mellow sweetness and sourness in harmony. Great on ice, with soda, or in a cocktail.
