CIBI’s open kitchen is the heart of our space. A place where delicious food and human connection come together. We value communication, creativity, and teamwork not only within the kitchen but also with our Retail and Front of House teams.

Who we are looking for:

• Someone who resonates with CIBI’s mission and wants to grow with us
• Enjoys working in a team and contributing positively, even during busy times
• Values quality, care, and precision in food preparation
• Interested in Japanese food culture and seasonal ingredients
• Curious about working at CIBI Tokyo or CIBI Okayama in the future
• Has experience working in a professional kitchen
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Enjoys from cooking to baking and beyond
  

Employment : Part-Time 
Working hours: Daytime! (weekend availability preferred)
