CIBI Tea House invites you for a matcha experience. You'll discover the art of preparing matcha through a hands-on Japanese traditional ritual.
Take a moment to slow down, learn the delicate techniques of whisking, and explore the rich history behind this ceremonial tea.
For this upcoming session, we'll be using an ceremonial matcha from Okunishi Ryokuhoen — a highly regarded tea grower based in Uji, Kyoto, who has been committed to hand-picking for approximately 350 years.
You'll be preparing and sampling Gokuzume, the highest grade of Uji Matcha, harvested by hand during the short season from early May to early June.
For customers who have visited CIBI's matcha workshop previously, this is an exciting opportunity to try a premium matcha which we are excited to share with you all.
