2023 Dry Red
A blend of Pinot Noir and a bit of Syrah. Grapes from the Yarra Valley region.
Fermented in old French oak.
We love it! A charming and smooth Pinot Noir with the Syrah adding a bit of dark fruit character to this wine. Just perfect. Enjoy as is and also pairs well with our menu at CIBI Cafe.
Lovely aroma of dark cherry and berry fruits. Soft velvety medium palate with bright fruits and chalky structure providing freshness.
Recommend to serve between 14-16 degrees.
