Nagatani-en’s Beer Mug is unglazed on the inside, allowing you to enjoy the natural texture of Iga clay and the wisdom of traditional Japanese craftsmanship with every glass of beer.
Made from coarse Iga clay, the inside of the mug is intentionally left with a slightly rough texture. This helps create a fine, long-lasting foam when beer is poured. For the best result, slowly pour the beer along the inside of the mug.
