Based in Sciacca on the southern coast of Sicily, Scalia is proud to use locally caught anchovies which are then hand-processed and preserved using traditional methods to produce the delicious anchovy fillets. 

Anchovies add depth of flavour to any dish from pasta sauce, salad dressing, pizza to toast.
