Your early morning rise will start with sencha tea as you prepare rice in a traditional donabe, cook tama-goyaki, create seasonal homely miso soup, fire up the shichirin to chargrill salmon and explore the world of preserved foods nori, umeboshi, natto and tsukemono. Followed by a dining experience, the CIBI traditional Japanese breakfast will round out your morning. Good things happen for early risers, a workshop designed for home cooks with a big heart!!
